bk3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bk3 support may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
To access the full range of bk3 Services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of your registration details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bk3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bk3 support immediately.
bk3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., confirmation that the bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name).
All bk3 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus values are expressed and processed in BDT. bk3 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
bk3 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected domestic bank transfers. bk3 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bk3 Account holder.
The current minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. bk3 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with notice provided via the Platform or registered email address.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Occasional delays may occur due to payment provider processing times, mobile network issues, or scheduled maintenance periods. bk3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within fifteen minutes for amounts under ৳50,000. Larger withdrawal amounts and accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification may be subject to extended processing times of up to 48 hours. bk3 may impose additional verification requirements for unusually large or frequent withdrawal requests.
Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bk3 support. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. bk3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
bk3 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms page. Wagering requirements must be met using the Bonus Balance before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
All bonuses have a defined validity period, within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each wager staked, while live casino table games, sports betting, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
bk3 reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and void associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedging bets specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
If you request a withdrawal while a Bonus Balance is active in your Account and the wagering requirement has not been met, bk3 may, at its discretion, remove the Bonus Balance and any Bonus-derived winnings prior to processing the withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.
Each game and betting market available on the bk3 Platform is governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and other third-party studios integrated into the Platform. Players are advised to read the rules of each game before placing a wager.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market detail view prior to placing any wager. bk3 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a malfunction, software error, misconfiguration, or system failure that affects the outcome of any game round or betting market, bk3 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' Real Money Balances. bk3 shall have no further liability in relation to void bets beyond the return of the original stake. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are offered on a best-efforts basis. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed with a unique bet reference number, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. bk3 reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time prior to bet acceptance.
Once a bet has been settled and the outcome applied to your Account balance, the settlement is considered final. Queries regarding settled bets must be submitted to bk3 support within 30 days of the settlement date. bk3 will not review settlement disputes submitted after this period.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
bk3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; or any other circumstance in which bk3 considers it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting bk3 support at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Balances and Bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players who wish to restrict their access to bk3 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the Account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, and indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals (other than the withdrawal of the pre-exclusion Real Money Balance) will be permitted.
All content on the bk3 Platform — including but not limited to the bk3 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bk3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or use any bk3 brand assets, trademarks, or game content for any commercial purpose without express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk3 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services; loss of data or Account information resulting from technical failures; errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms; or any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
In all cases where bk3 is found liable for a specific claim, bk3's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bk3 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
bk3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bk3 operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and bk3, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bk3 customer support at [email protected]. bk3 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) Bangladesh Standard Time business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process within thirty (30) days of the initial submission, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Details of the applicable escalation route will be communicated to the Player by bk3 support at the time of escalation.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
